About

“Health and fitness is a way of life for me. For as long as I can remember, training and how I fuel my body dates back to my junior athlete days and remains fundamental today”.

Mel Raybould

Mel is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and a Sports Dietitian. She gained valuable experience as a Clinical Dietitian before turning her expertise to private practice.

Prior to a career in Dietetics, Mel worked with athletes and sporting teams at both International & National levels as a Sports Massage Therapist. She is also a qualified and experienced Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer.

As an athlete herself, Mel has achieved success at a National level in athletics, experienced training & selection criteria at the AIS for rowing and competed at an International level at The World Aerobic Championships.

More recently, Mel discovered the world of triathlon, competing across varying distances, from sprint to Half Ironman before finding her passion for cycling. After some time in the racing scene, Mel now enjoys ‘training for life’ with more social rides than competing.

Outside of treating clients and pushing pedals, you’ll catch Mel getting a healthy dose of Vitamin D at the beach or travelling the globe sampling fine wines.

As a Dietitian I appreciate the positive impact my role has on both an individual and community level. From assisting those experiencing chronic disease to weight management. Athletes seeking optimal performance to women navigating the transition into menopause. It really is so varied – l love what I do!
