Sports Nutrition
Mel knows all too well the importance of fuelling on and off the bike, with a passion for sharing her expertise with fellow athletes, with a particular focus on endurance sports.
As a Sports Dietitian, Mel will develop a personalised plan that aligns with your specific requirements and training goals. It’s important to remember, individual needs can vary, and what works for one athlete may not be suitable for another. Regular assessments and adjustments to a nutrition plan may be necessary based on changes in training, performance goals, or other factors.
Athletes can expect a thorough nutritional & training assessment, enabling dietary advice & recommendations, day-to-day meal planning & race day nutrition plans.
Sports Nutrition workshops and presentations are also available on request.
